hey all, 14 days into the new year and 5 more till school starts again. I have basically stoned at home waiting, which kinda bores the crap out of me. Really lookin forward to my new classes which seem challenging, hope i can get straight As at least once. I'll probably be stuck in school 3/4 of the time cause my classes are spread out with 1 hour breaks in between. So for example i'll start at 8am but finish around 4pm.

Ben: Thats great man, for the specific date that i'm gonna be back is very uncertain because i'm hoping to get into ERAU but i need around $60K for my first year which is super important = crazy idea. If I can enter, i'll be back for like 2 weeks to settle my visa and catch up with you guys. Then I'll have one more year in ERAU before come back to SG for my NS. Check ERAU, Prescott on google.

hey whats sup people. This year has really been one long winding road for me. I've made many new friends and thank god did not make any enemies. But the time spent was both quick and enjoyable although the majority of the time spent was on school work, Currently i'm taking this crazy 11 day overseas around arizona. Spent 3 days in vegas, 2 days in flagstaff, 3 days in prescott, 3 days in Los Angeles. Darn I just wanna get back to my own bed and take a nice long nap. So vegas was a waste of time cause there wasn't much to do. I went snow sleding in flagstaff which was fun. Had youth winter camp in prescott which was awesome and now i'm in los angeles with my family. We went to disneyland and universal studios. Didn't get any gifts though cause they were really pricey and meaningless. Haha oh wells. I'll upload pictures ASAP once i get back home. THats all for now.

god i havent posted for so long. Dun blame me, blame the school. haha whatever. I've got 4 days to finish this 10 page essay with citations. GMOs lol. oh ya darryl i lost 20 pounds for the past 3 months and it rocks dude. I need 3 more months to get to my ideal weight. How's every1 doin? Its finally going to winter soon again XD. Weather's quite cold with a bit of a chill haha =). But i find it hard to exercise when its so cold like my body needs to warm up harder. I haven't been bowling too which suxs cause i luv it soo much. For math we're going into integration which is quite cool, like you can manipulate formulas so you can find the area under a curve and volume of oval spheres. Calc 2 next semester is going to be soo fun. ( why is math so fun?) -_-

went up to Mcnary Indian Reserve over weekend. It was really fun
teaching the Apache kids sunday school. Though i did not really like sleeping in the church. it was so freaking cold up there at night. Probably around 13-16C. And i was only wearing a pair of shorts to sleep. Like i was freezing the entire night.
Taught the kids how to choose friends wisely. I was in charge of games so i didn't teach a lot. Anyways i enjoyed the experience tremendously, i hope i can go again soon.

Gosh i woke up this morning and i'm not even sure what day it was cause
for the past 3 days, I was just snoozing away in the car waiting to get to LV.
Went to Page yesterday(sry the day before) but we couldn't get a hotel so we drove another hour to Marap. We were planning to trek in antelope but there was no vacanies. Finally arrived yesterday in LV and we checked into Grandview. I really luv this place. Weather is fantastic as well. Not hot at all and a cool breeze to add to that. Damm my jaws hurt cause i ate half a packet of beef jerky. Very unadvisable to do but there really was nothing to eat. Oh and when we were at the Valley of fire they had hundreds of boxes of fireworks. I mean if i set the place on fire, it would be a massive explosion of colors. I'm really looking forward to enjoy my stay here and hope everyone's doing great back in Sunny Singapore. Cheers!

Finally finished with my summer classes. Can't believe that i only have 3 weeks of break left before starting the whole process all over again. Wanna catch a movie soon but i'm not sure what i should watch haha. I still am not used to the heat here and looking forward to autumn. Going to Las Vegas tomorrow with my parents tomorrow for shopping and recreation. I had a milk coffee yesterday at starbucks and seriously that sucks. Tasted more like water than coffee. similar to pilates .
dont focus only on your abs , you need the whole body .
I have the form , but have no bulk as my metabolism is too high ,
thats why you can't see unless i flex and take out my shirt.
try benchpresses , open and closed presses , so as to train your upper and inner chest .
also train your deltoids and lats , those are really important .
also , your quads and calves and super impt . get them quick !

NO weights required and its all on the floor exercise.

wow no body has posted for sooo long. Past two weeks have been math boot camp
We're doing a whole lot of derivatives and implicit differentiation. My head feels so tired from doing them and i do not understand it completely yet. Feel so frustrated with my self. Finding derivatives for inverse functions are the most difficult especially the trig ones.
Anyways i'm going to my friend's house this afternoon for a pool party so time to kick back and have some fun once in awhile. I really deserve this after 3 weeks of mind blowing math and psychology.
Oh yea and i forgot to tlk about psych. Its really more of a group based work rather than a lecture. And for our exams we have to type out a 6 page essay on 10 questions and reflections on what we have learned. Compared to math it is a really simple class.

starting summer school tommorrow but class
does not start till like 930 so can sleep a little later.
Went to church today and had wendy's for breakfast with my friends got myself a large ice coffee. I dun no why but everytime we meet on sundays they are all like the living dead. So tired even though its the summer holidays.
Did chapter 18 of relevations today and we're going to conclude it soon by probably end of this month.
Had lunch at subways after that with my mom, tuscan chicken sub.Its really worth it cause it cost only 6 bucks for 2 people. Felt really full from eating it.
Headed to lee and lees for some groceries before driving home.
Oh and my mom made choclate chip cupcakes after that.

100th post!!!!

Had piano lesson today. Kinda hate the fact that my student has a problem practicing one line 10 times. Always asking me to compromise by letting him do 3 times only. I dun give a damm how he wants the lesson to go. Whats more do it slowly, whats so difficult of doing 10 times slowly? Kept on whining about i dun let him have his way. Anyways he just wasted his own time so 45mins just flew by with his whining. Not my loss.

Had lunch at chipotle. They have this huge burrito with guacamole, beef, sour cream, rice, pinto beans, salsa wrapped in a flour burrito. it was really nice but kinda ex as well. Went to watch wolverine: origins after that by myself. It was okay but not that fantastic of a story line. And deadpool did not really look that good after the transformation.

Got myself a cup of ice cream at cold stone but i did not like it at all. Tasted like jello and yogurt at a warm temperature. i mean like should'nt ice cream be freezing cold? ate half of it and threw it away. (total waste of my money)

Sat at barnes and nobles bookstore for awhile and read some books before my mom fetched me home with my pockets less full

haha okay my guess is that everyone's studying their *** off for the exams or already have. 10 more days of break for my summer class. Calculus 1!
My mom has been going to my sisters campus to teach them driving. Cause my sis has to get her driving license before getting into her own summer class. CAuse its late at night and she has to drive herself home.

Went bowling again today. Woots!I'm finally getting the spin i want>! It just slightly goes on the edge before slammming back into the pocket. It looks so tight*!haha.

Anyways got back my results from my finals. Scored STRAIGHT As and 1 B for math. So HAPPY. Feel on top of the world.

hey alls. Went to church today, doing i think either 17 or 18th chapter of the book of revelation. haha its kinda intresting when you have someone explaining it to you in detail. Got myself a large mocha flavored coffe.

Man was Wendy's coffee strong.

Had lunch at the airbase cause one of the personels had a one month old child. Stayed for half and hour before going to get my dad a haircut. Geez i dun there wasn't much of a difference to length at all. Except it looked slightly neater.

Got dropped off at home after that while my parents went to do some groceries and teach my sisters driving. My elder sis needs to learn how to drive in 2 weeks. Spent 6hrs playing PSP, surfing the net, watching tv, wasting time.

Did an exercise routine after that, countless fist push ups and 75 sit ups. Dun feel that stress yet, but i guess i will tomorrow, latest the day after. Had a shortbath, parents came home and started watching anastasia on hulu while eating a huge burrito.

Anyways thats how my day went.

burn the fat off! cards is the only machine in which you can
burn fat off! well , honestly , even i am doing cards for optimum
growth. i'll give you a tip to get a good chest okay?
after you do your press , do pushups .
the bench/chest press will give you the bulk ,
but the pushups will give you the compression.
do diamond pushups , not normal ones.

my traps and deltoids are building up
and my six pack is coming back in an estimated 8~9 days!
no more protein shakes for me .

My entire thigh is sore from doing plyometrics. Jeez leg exercises are so tiring.
I think i have buns of steel after this. Ya so like i had problem standing up after i sat down to take a rest. It was really tight. But its all right now after i did some stretching. If you people wan sexy thighs here's the video that you must follow on youtube.

lol when i first got onto the blog i thought estelle had made the effort to update the blog because of the new blog title. Anyways I still think its a great title still. I hate this sort of life.

1% feel happy when i get back my results.

Feel so retarded. My inner thigh of my left leg feels like its gonna cramp up for good, I should start to go easy on the bowling. It really is starting to strain my thigh muscles.Next Thursday I'll keep to 5 games only.

Somehow i have to agree with daryl on this one, i need to distress as well.
Bowling does not cut it and my first piano lesson is this friday. Geez give me a life man.
Anyways i won't be teaching anything exceptionally difficult so i think i should be alright.
I hate trigonometry so freaking difficult at first. Logarithms are getting to me already.
Sick and tired of doing maths all day and staying at home.
Spring break is coming in like 2weeks from now, come on already i want it now. Gonna study trig during that 1 week so i won't lag behind. Luckily i have 3 months of summer break.
I wanna chill during those 90 days.

I need a A the next test no matter what but i just can't hold of the stupid rational functions. Holes and asyptotes are getting to me but plotting the graph is so troublesome. I did like 40 of them yesterday. SO tired.

Woke up at 6am
went to church at 7am to see band practice
went to Einstein bagels to eat a spinach Florentine
came back to church at 920am
went to Wendy's to rip off some of my teacher's money to buy myself a fish fillet burger
learned chapter 8 of revelation
had service
got a broken down keyboard
had several arguments with my mom to keep quiet when driving to buy the power amplifiers, cost me $60 for the cable and the pa
the keyboard is super super heavy cause its an old version, my back is straining just to hold it by myself.( i swear its almost as heavy as my sis couch)
had difficulty cutting open the tied up cable stupid twine is so strong! $%#^@
Finally had it cut open with a strong grip ( obviously what you get after bowling continuously with a 13lb ball)
Had problem what the problem was with the keyboard cause it did not produce a single sound. RAAR
so irratated
discovered the bloody problem, stupid battery was covered in plastic in the pa
had to flip the battery around cause the neg and pos ends were wrong
couldn't find which hole to place the cable
THANK GOD, had the thing FINALLY set up
My back aches and feeling slightly relieved after taking 40 whole mins just to get it done
tried playing on it and found the E-F keys weren't ^&%#&@ WORKING
Grrr all that work and this is what i get
was so tired i couldn't be bothered to do my maths ( crazy asymptotes and rational functions) i mean what the crap is that
began work at 8pm and finished 35 questions of maths

Thats so cool man. Although i think i'll be stuck in NS so probably i won't have the time or energy to do fighting courses. The fighting courses are also too expensive for me have to save for university books.
I'll be back in AZ after NS to do my aeronautics course and the books cost $100 each with 8 books every semester.
I wanna get a high performance ball for myself first, probably a black widow venom or Brunswick Twisted Fury Destruction.
They are like the top of the line balls and they are very cheap compared to singapore.

Had chemistry test today, was super easy. Ask all about centigram and milligram. I think i'm quite prepared for the maths test tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Hey guys whats up? I am having a rough week but the weekend is sure to be fun.
Have a chemistry test tomorrow and a brutal maths the test the day after.
Going bowling on Thursday and gonna check out the youth church band on Saturday.
I'm not sure what i'm gonna do there.
Saved up around a $108 for the past 3mths and placed it in the bank to earn interest.XD
Had a time management skill course today at CPD and
did descriptive writing and my teacher was using the and account by a person on world trade center(Ground Zero) and whats happening at New York for English.
Last but not least had maths class and learned how to solve inequalities and linear equations. Something like number line but much more in depth. That's pretty much how my past 2 days were. Fun but still tired from work all the same.

School's great man, I'm enjoying it a lot. World Religion is like so cool we are like exploring different kinds of religions around the world and history about them. So much more interesting them history and geography. We're doing like rational equations and polynomial functions for chapter 2 and i got a test this Thursday on those and a chemistry test this Wednesday. We changed our world religion classroom to the new life science block and it the architecture is fantastic, i'll show u all a photo of it sometime. Today for WR we did Judaism quite similar to Christianity but has fewer books in the Hebrew bible. What else? Hmm...

Oh yeah there's success for college and we get to do all these activities to enrich our college life. For the last lesson we did on racism which is still strong in America and other parts of this world. Racism has been around since the history of man kind and can be seen in the Bible whereby Ham son of Noah, father of the Canaanites, is frowned upon by the christian community because his descendants worship Baal the fertility god and teaching in Balak. There was a scientific test done in year 2000 whereby 71% of white americans preferred white people over black people and the same test was done on children. Guess what the results were very similar! I myself found that surprising.

Well and yes again in facebook, I am banging my calculus book like no other cause i don't understand a single thing until i read it carefully and do every single question. So my maths file is kinda full after doing all those questions. k thats all for now.

Oh yah and thanks Daryl for the fitness update. Some things to clarify though.

Jack Knifes, jack knives... What are those never heard before could you show me how to do them.

The bench press: i'm unsure how to do it can give me a photo cause usually i do fist pushups. But i can only do 20 in one go not like ben.

For the hand grips i use my 13lbs bowling ball. I grip it normally and hold it slack on my right. Than i use my wrist and dead lift it is that counted as hand grips? cause i use that to increase wrist power.

Anyways i can't go to the gym this week i got a blister at my right heel. Thanks a lot for the encouragement i'm sure this will come in handy. I'll begin working on them right away after some advice on how to do them.

guo zheng , here are some fitness tips for you .

you want a great 6 pack , toned biceps , smooth triceps and a nice forearm here are some
exercises for you .

6 pack/abs : sit ups , jackknifes, v- ups and crunches ( for me , i'll do 60 sit ups , 20 jack knifes and 30 crunches a day ) but start off slower maybe half?

biceps : 5-7kg weights (4x20 reps) every alternate day

triceps : inverted weight lifts ( 2x30reps) every alternate day

forearms : hand grips you shld start off with 3x20 reps a day
when your better get off to 6x30reps .
chest : guozheng you need this !
benchpress! 3x10reps! go for it !

i haven't heard from you guys for quite awhile, wondering how's everyone's doing.

For me i have tripled my efforts towards my schoolwork and its been very taxing. Doing maths everyday makes me extremely tired every afternoon and i start work around 4pm to 7pm finishing the entire chapter.

Anyways made a lot of friends from my school so i'm pretty much enjoying going to school. I've got lab class once a week and i end school at 11am every Friday. But 105pm from monday to thursday cause my last class is pre-calculus. The lab classes are so cool the last one's going to be on nucleur but we aren't going to mess with the radioactive stuff. So its very interesting.

Just came back from desert hills yesterday and i've been sleeping for the past few days. (nothing better to do mah) so it has not really been my day. Going to school next week T_Tand all my school books cost $500 in total, 1 book cost $80-$100.

Went for orientation today, made some friends and was taken around the campus. The campus is enormas! Its 10 times bigger than my school back home and you need a map to get around the place.I think i need a bike to get to classes cause i only have 10mins to get to each class. But my bike needs to get its wheels changed. *sigh* I got a lot of work to be done.

So how are u guys doing, I know that laura, ben and estelle if i'm not wrong got back their results yesterday.Hope you'll won't mind sharing them with me. Anyways how's school for you guys? Haven't talked to you guys in awhile, getting pretty lonely.

i hope all of you spent your last day of 2008 well.

2008 has been an awesome year right?i'm sure everybody agrees with me(:so thank you guys for making my 2008 such an awesome one.

i'll always remember the outings we've had.so here are the high points of 2008 with you guys!

1.the sentosa outing to celebrate my birthday on june 10 2008!thank you so much for waking up so early just to get to vivo to celebrate my birthday with me.i enjoyed myself ALOT in sentosa.playing with water,riding the luge,going to the beach then dinner at sushi tei(:

2.all the jokes on mulberry juice and our number games at teacher marlene's house.i'll never forget how drinking mulberry juice affects markus and darryl and how they'll laugh at anything they say and how it's so contagious that everyone will just crack up laughing along with them.i'll never forget the day we went to t marlene's house for some dinner and we had to play the number game to finish up the drinks and that darryl accidentally bought coke lime!

3.all our movie outings(:the day we watched prince caspien (although darryl wasn't there!he called halfway during the show though:D)basically,i'll always remember everything we've done together.forever and always!

Seriously that was a tough year eh? guys, what with O levels and streaming but yeah we all got through with it right? Okay i miss my classmates back in Maris Stella although i got into a lot of arguments with them but who cares we can make up. I also miss my guys who i have been friends with the past 4-5years there, miss playing basketball with them.

My new friends as well from other classes and friends from the north zone science competition team. My class comprised around 75% of the entire team so was given the most recognition but i feel that everyone played their part in winning the bronze award as this was the 1st year our school had lower sec participate in the event. It was really time consuming and a lot of hard work was put in to make it possible.

Who else?? Ah yes my swim team and my swimming club members who made my life so much more fun to swim cause really its hell in the water. My piano teacher, Mr Soh who gives me a heart attack every time a got there and teaching me to play beautifully.

My bowling coach who taught me everything he could on weekends and a painstakingly effort to improve my bowling as well as my bowling friends who made my weekends so much more eventful and the day which i always look forward to. my Sundays in 2008 were the best days of my life. I'll miss the company and guidance of my friends and coach.

It really is very cold here in flagstaff cause its snowing and i dun mean its fun. Tell you the truth its freezing and your fingers can get frostbitten here. Average around 0degrees when we out yesterday.

Went to snowball to play with the snow but only could make a snowman couldn't play a snow fight cause my 2 sis dun wan to end up cold and freezing. I wore my jeans and a pair of track pants just to keep myself warm no difference though in the end.

Went to ihop for lunch and the service was so late that the manager wavered our bill. free lunch.

Came back to the hotel and did the nothing and slept. Thats all .

Laughter - Charlotte Ng (10 years old), she loves to laugh. especially at Suraj. and her laughter is super infectious.

Fish - my sister. called that cos' of a very funny episode where she took very long to finish lunch cos' the fish had a lot of bones.

so exciting!

spent the entire day packing. whew! my mum got backache from bending over so many times.

my sister took the longest time okay. every day must have different outfit, meticulously planned and put together. and most of her outfits are made up of my clothes, so now my closet is practically empty.

12 hours flight to istanbul, turkey, 2 hours transit, then 1 hour + flight to tel aviv, israel! :)

how are we gonna pass the time?

I'm gonna buy an activity book. like sudoku or word stuff.

How are u guys doing? Going to school on january20th but that doesn't mean i'll be slacking of course.

Went and check out my father's car brakes, the mechanics were like so pro lah, gives us a full inspection and long story cut short the wheel mortar has decreased in width and the wheel clamp is rubbing against this thus causing a high pitch sound. This also makes the wheel extremely hot and if untreated for a long period of time the wheel clamp might shatter if its too hot. Oh u know the simple process of constantly heating and freezing causes the bonds between the atom particles to weaken right? Same idea. the repair cost went up all the way to 350! My father was only thinking of spending a hundred.So we went home to discuss the situation. But it seems to be that problem and the mechanic, Tom, said was very minor so there's no big deal.

Later went to Scotsdayl for shopping, how i relieve my unhappy experience. I was so sleepy from walking around with me sisters. Obviously i felt like drifting off to sleep. Darn it and i was wearing my contacts. By the time we came home i was very grumpy cause my eyes were so dry, damm red.
