anyway , training your thighs is complete bullshit!
and those crazy exercises are stupid.
go to a gym with a personal trainer , it works.
if you want to turn your blob of shit into tight muscles,
drink whey/soy protein shakes . normally i add
choco-powder into mine :)
i don't train for brute muscles ,well i did last time , now i train
for core muscles , they are more important as it affects for
balance ++++
