finally after 3 days
Haha okay so my church had a dodgeball competition and it was
sooo fun. Stayed up practically the whole night playing and graffiting
Cam whored and played Wii super mario brawl( i sucked at this cause i dun have one)
Crashed at home when i got back. I was so tired after 4 hours of dballing and video games.

well , it helps , but to resistance , quite useless actually ,
as you can see from the video , he's also watching a video .

dont focus only on your abs , you need the whole body .
I have the form , but have no bulk as my metabolism is too high ,
thats why you can't see unless i flex and take out my shirt.
try benchpresses , open and closed presses , so as to train your upper and inner chest .
also train your deltoids and lats , those are really important .
also , your quads and calves and super impt . get them quick !

NO weights required and its all on the floor exercise.

Total of 20mins of ab exercise. Do it alternate days and you should see results.
5 more weeks till math boot camp ends.

wow no body has posted for sooo long. Past two weeks have been math boot camp
We're doing a whole lot of derivatives and implicit differentiation. My head feels so tired from doing them and i do not understand it completely yet. Feel so frustrated with my self. Finding derivatives for inverse functions are the most difficult especially the trig ones.
Anyways i'm going to my friend's house this afternoon for a pool party so time to kick back and have some fun once in awhile. I really deserve this after 3 weeks of mind blowing math and psychology.
Oh yea and i forgot to tlk about psych. Its really more of a group based work rather than a lecture. And for our exams we have to type out a 6 page essay on 10 questions and reflections on what we have learned. Compared to math it is a really simple class.

man these past 2 days have gone past so slowly.
But in a good way still cause i am not wasting my time

For psychology today we watched a clip from the taboo series
somehow i can't seem to feel an seriousness in my teacher's tone at all
its like this lesson was just a past time to her

we want to do something exotic and out of this world for a starter
My teacher poses all this extremely hard riddles and dun really
understand what she is saying
Took the entire class 10mins to figure out what she actually wanted.

okay 1st day back in school
for math we're starting out slow with some flashback hw
domains, ranges and solving linear graphs
really simple but there's a lot of crap to go through
But i've got to say psychology is out of this world
my teacher must be the most mind boggoling person in the world
her ideas are like gunshots rocketing around
i dun get a faintest clue what she is saying.
And the syllabus she gave us was so longwinded
it was like stuffed with words and exceptionally long
Couldn't we have gotten a much more organized teacher??
