haha i can't even do a single diamond pushup.
I think i'll slowly move in my hands every week till i make a diamond shape.
mind is around 15 cm from both hands. I guess i also have enough bulk already. Just need to lose the fat around and thats it. gotta start running seriously. Hoping to accomplish 10km by next year. ( A bit to high of a bar)
